7. Non-creamy layer certificate for candidates belong to ETB / MUSLIM / OBH / LC / SIUC / OBX who seek admission in respective reserved seats

7 Disability Certificate (of approved Medical board showing more than 40 % disability - for applicable candidates )
8 TC & Conduct certificate
9. Equivalency certificate for candidates posseses BEd degree from universities outside Kerala
10. A Plastic folder file - Paste your name slip and keep only those certificates & documents required for interview for submission at office

No candidate personally visit to department of education for admission as it is in containment zone. So all candidates shall submit a written request to Head of the Department in the format attached below, and submit all documents mentioned above in digital form as email. Fee shall be paid through SBI Collect, only on confirmation of admission. All certificates should be submitted in original immediatly when situations becam normal.
Format of Exemption - All those who wish to attend the interview shall fill in and email this form along with certificates in digital form. Mentioned Rank no & name in subject line of email
